If you retain MyPA's services, the rate will be at a lower rate.Our standard prices are as follows but we will be pleased to quote for your particular requirements:Monthly retainer packages are the most cost effective way to use our services. You know how much you are paying each month and how many hours work you will receive at that cost so please call now to receive office support when you need itCopy typing (Handwritten or Typed) - £20 per hourWord processing - £20.00 per hourAudio transcription (either digital or analogue) - 95p per minutePA presence at client site (to include meeting and greeting clients/minute taking, facilitating at seminars etc) - £30.00 per hourFiling on site - £25.00 per hourDisbursements including telephone, faxes, emails, copying, postage, car parking etc will be charged separately at cost.Invoices are due for payment within 7 days of issue.For retainers, we ask that a standing order be put in place on a mutually agreed date.
